My Background
Originally from Boston, I've lived in NYC from 2016 - 2024 and have recently returned to Massachusetts. My parents are from Greece, and I cherish my heritage.
I hold a double undergraduate major in psychology and Spanish. I studied abroad in Spain and lived briefly in Central America before beginning my doctoral program.
Outside of Therapy
When I'm not providing therapy, I love:
Being in nature
A good coloring book
Walks in the park
My German Shorthaired Pointer, Niko, who occasionally pops in to say hello to clients during video sessions.
